The brand knew they required a leader that understood marketing and technology at equal levels but needed a partner to help them define what exact skills were needed to fill this position in order to take them into the digital era. It was important to closely work with key stakeholders at Life Time to understand where the brand wanted to go in the future in order to understand key business issues, overall objectives and find the right person to fill this role.

We conducted an executive search and within two months Life Time hired their new leader, reporting to the CEO, to build out a new department to take the client into the digital era.
